Holiday Market (More Info)
Sell art at the Visual Arts Center's (VAC) Annual Market for handmade Holiday decor and gifts, usually held during the first week of December. For three days, the VAC transforms into a large Holiday Market!
Space is available for artists every year. Registration is closed. Registration opens several weeks prior to the event.
This event is open to VAC Members and NON-members. You can reserve up to two 6ft tables. NEW applicants must provide a picture of their items for sale to Gift Shop Manager firstname.lastname@example.org before the application is finalized.
The Visual Arts Center will provide a 6 ft table plus two chairs for each space. The exhibitor is responsible for displaying their original, handcrafted items in an attractive manner and must provide table coverings and front table drops. The gallery slat boards will be available to hang your art work in the space behind your table.
There will be no refund of fees for no-shows the day of the event and no refund of fees unless we receive your intent to withdraw from the event, in writing, prior to November 15, 2018
The VAC will provide a 3-part receipt book for each artist; no more than two artist/vendors per exhibit space. Exhibitors will retain the pink copy of each receipt for their records. The VAC will collect all monies and sales tax on all transactions and will take a 30% commission on all sales which will be finalized through the VAC Gift Shop. Artists will be paid by check shortly after the event; an up to date W-9 form on file is required.
Each exhibitor is requested to provide a tray of cookies, fruit or the like which will be served in the refreshment room throughout the event – Please non-refrigerated items only.
