The Visual Arts Center is excited to announce the return of the FUN Arts Festival! This month long celebration of Art will begin in November and feature a fantastic event on Friday November 15th at 6pm at the Visual Arts Center. You will not want to miss it.
Serving our community since 1985 the Visual Arts Center is the home to artists and art lovers both. We strive to inspire, encourage, educate, and promote opportunities to share the visual arts experience in ways that provide strong cultural and economic benefits to the region.
The FUN Arts Festival Gala- The Battle of the Brushes- will feature six local professional artists who will be paired with six local celebrities to create a one of kind piece of art. Celebrities will unveil their creations at the evening gala and the community can vote for the people’s choice award. Judges will determine a winner as well. This event will be a lively reception with appetizers, entertainment, beer and wine and more! During the month of November, the Visual Arts Center will host the FUN Arts Festival exhibit featuring art from our featured professional artists, celebrating the aspects of art that are fun. Other events will be held at the center during this month.
This is an excellent opportunity to support the Visual Arts Center and reach a captive audience for your business. The VAC is financially supported solely by membership dues, class fees, special events like this one, exhibit entry fees and grants. It does not receive any local, state, or federal dollars. Your support is necessary for our success. Our members and artists hail from all walks of life and age groups. Events like the FUN Arts Festival make things like Summer Camp for kids possible.
