Draw & Paint with Gartner - SCRATCHBOARD ART
Explore the world of Scratchboard with Victor Gartner at the Visual Arts Center (VAC). Scratchboard is an illustrative technique using sharp knives and tools for engraving into a thin layer of white China clay coated with dark, often black India ink. You will learn a range of techniques for etching into your image!

Registration: Please register early. Classes with less than five registered students may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of the start date. Cancellation notifications are made by email and/or telephone (including voice messages) to the email address and telephone number on file. Please check your voice mail and email prior to leaving for class.

CLASS REFUND POLICY
Class tuition is fully refundable, less a non-refundable reservation deposit of $25 ($20 VAC Member) up until 30 days prior to class. An Education Credit (less a non-refundable deposit) may be issued towards a future class between 29 days and 10 days prior to class start. All fees become non-refundable 9 days prior to class start unless the class is cancelled by the VAC.
