Tai Chi is a slow, gentle mind-body exercise that originated in China as a martial art but is now practiced for its health benefits.  It combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and meditation, promoting physical and mental well-being. Often referred to as "meditation in motion," Tai Chi aims to balance the body's energy (qi) and improve flexibility, balance, and stress reduction.  Tai Chi is often viewed as a type of movement art.

Her creative style weaves the five styles of Tai chi together in a slow moving form. While Tai chi is Sharon’s great love, she has been practicing yoga for many years as well.
