ART GALLERIES & ART HALLS

MAIN HALL

The Visual Arts Center's Main Hall, adjacent to the Welcome Desk, features artwork from VAC Instructors, who teach a variety of two dimensional (2D) and three dimensional (3D) art techniques for the beginner to the advanced through a series of classes and workshops.  The VAC features classes in Drawing & Painting, Fiber Art, Glass Art, Jewelry Making, Multi-media, Pottery, Youth Art, and a host of specialty techniques.  Pick up a Class & Workshop Schedule as you explore.

MAIN GALLERY

The Visual Arts Center's Main Gallery is its largest Gallery and features Judged and Juried exhibits of 2D and 3D media open to VAC members and guest artist nonmembers, attracting the most impressive artists from across Southwest Florida.  The Main Gallery can be rented for special events and with its adjacent outdoor patio, is the perfect setting for an evening reception.

REBECCA HALL

Rebecca Hall is named for Rebecca Durig, one of the VAC's founding members.  Rebecca Hall is available for specialty art shows or can be rented by individual artists or organizations.  Artists interested in renting wall space in Rebecca Hall should email exhbits@visualartcenter.org or call 941.639.8810 for more information.

GOFF GALLERY

Goff Gallery is named for Wayne Goff, a well-known commercial contractor who oversaw the Gallery's construction as a donation to the VAC.  Member exhibitions, art group shows, juried and non-juried exhibits are featured in Goff Gallery year-round.  Visit regularly to discover exciting new works created by artists, art groups, and art guilds.

GIFT GALLERY
