MAKE A DONATION

The Visual Arts Center (VAC) provides art classes for all ages across a wide range of media and hosts more than 24 exhibits annually, featuring local, regional and national artists.  All VAC exhibits are always free and open to the public. As a community nonprofit organization, the VAC depends on community contributions to meet its financial goals, so it can continue to enrich our community with great programs. The VAC also offers complimentary and subsidized programs for special needs groups. Below are some of the programs and activities Donations support: 

      • Summer Art Camps for youth/teens
      • Special Programs for Nonprofit Disabled and Veteran Groups
      • Grant matching contributions

In addition, the VAC continuously has capital needs to maintain and upgrade facilities, including hurricane windows, expanded and upgraded classrooms and exhibit galleries, updated equipment, and more.  Visual Arts Center programs cover approximately 75% of its operating costs, leaving the balance to be raised from donations and fundraising activities.

Every dollar donated is appreciated and used with care to provide the highest benefit possible for artists, the community and the VAC.
