VAC Membership Renewal Information
Thank you for being a Visual Arts Center (VAC) Member.
Your Membership supports the VAC and the arts in our community.
The Visual Arts Center (VAC) has made some exciting updates to its membership system to streamline the renewal process. Now, when you’re browsing for VAC classes or activities on our website, just remember to log in to enjoy your member discount. If you’ve never logged in before, don’t worry! We’ve included easy-to-follow instructions for logging in from both your computer and your phone below.
To make things easier, we’ve simplified the membership categories into one VAC Individual Membership. The renewal process has been automated, meaning the next time your membership comes up for renewal, you can complete it conveniently online, whether you're using a phone or a computer.
Once you’ve paid your dues, you’ll gain access to a Membership tab on your personal account page, where you can check your membership information, pay your annual dues, or even resign from your VAC Membership, if you choose. Please take a moment to log into your VAC Member Account Page to ensure you have access and to verify or update your contact information. Easy-to-follow instructions are below.
How to Log In:
Computer Login - If you’re using a computer, look for the VAC Member Login located at the top right corner of the Homepage.
Phone Login - If you’re on a phone, find the VAC Member Login by tapping the menu icon at the top left of the Homepage and scroll to the bottom link.
With either device, just click on the login option, and you’ll be taken either to the login screen or directly to your account page. Once you reach your account page, you’re all set! If you already have a username and password, simply enter them to access your account. If you don’t have an account yet, enter your email address, and a code will be sent to you via email or text. Enter that code to proceed to your account page. Once you're on your account page, you can update your information, check your membership status (available after renewal), and review your purchases. To return to the main website from your account page, just click on "Shop" or the Visual Arts Center logo.

After logging in, you will be directed to your personal VAC Member Account Page.
Computer: If you’re on a computer, click your initials in the top right corner and select "Profile" to confirm your email and mailing address.
Phone: If you’re using a phone, tap the three lines in the upper left corner and choose "Profile."
Updating your email and address is a breeze—just click the pencil icon. You can also change your phone number in the address section. If you need to update the phone number in the top section, please email membership@visualartcenter.org with your new number, as this detail is linked to your membership account and can’t be changed in your Profile. After your dues are paid next time, the "Membership” tab will be activated, allowing you to view your membership details.
VAC Membership Renewal
When your current membership expires, you'll receive a
message from VAC prompting you to renew,
complete with a link to the online membership page. Future annual dues will automatically be charged to the credit card you provide with your renewal unless you choose to update your card. Rest assured, once you enter your card information, your payment details will be secure through tokenization and PCI-compliant gateways, and will not be stored by the VAC. You can also access it from the VAC website by selecting "Partner with Us" and then "Become a Member" from the main menu on the Home Page.
VAC Email Subscription
Most members have opted in to receive emails from the VAC. A small number had previously unsubscribed, but with this new renewal process to work, a member must be subscribed. As part of making the new automatic renewal process work for everyone, we have re-subscribed everyone. Email is the primary means of communication for members, so if your subscription is turned off, you won’t receive notifications for renewals or other important member information. Should you decide to unsubscribe in the future, please remember that this will remove you from all VAC communications.
