CLASS REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
A non-refundable $25 reservation fee is included with every class or workshop registration.
Cancellations must be received at least 10 days before the start date of the class or workshop. Students who cancel within this timeframe will receive a refund of all fees paid, less the $25 reservation fee. Registrations become non-refundable, beginning 9 days prior to the start of the class or workshop.
MISSED CLASSES
No refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be provided for classes missed by a student for any reason not attributable to the instructor of the Center. While staff will make reasonable efforts to assist students, when possible, the Center is not responsible for providing make-up instruction for missed classes.
CLASS CHANGES, SUBSTITUTIONS, AND CANCELLATIONS
The Center reserves the right to modify schedules, change its calendar, or withdraw or modify any class or workshop at any time. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued due to such changes.
Classes or workshops canceled because of inclement weather will be rescheduled or have make-up sessions arranged, subject to instructor and studio availability.
If the Center cancels a class or workshop, enrolled students will receive a full refund. Every effort will be made to notify affected students promptly, and a comparable class may be offered when available.
If a class or workshop does not meet minimum enrollment requirements, registered students will be notified, generally within 48 hours of the scheduled start date, and may be offered the opportunity to transfer to a comparable class.
