MEMBERS DISCOUNT NOW REQUIRES PROMO CODE

With our new management system, a promo code will be required for member discounts on our classes, workshops, etc. A promo code will be emailed out before registration begins for Fall, Winter, and Spring classes. The code will change with each session. Please do not pass out this code to anyone. 

If your membership is not up to date when you are registering, you must either renew or pay the non-member price.

CLASS REFUND POLICY

Class tuition is fully refundable, less a non-refundable reservation deposit of $25 ($20 VAC Member) up until 30 days prior to class.

An Education Credit (less non-refundable deposit) may be issued towards a future class between 29 days and 10 days prior to class start.

All fees become non-refundable 9 days prior to class start unless the class is cancelled by the VAC.
