Study Needle Felting with Paulette Morrissey at the Visual Arts Center (VAC). Learn the fascinating craft of Needle Felting and you'll discover the possibilities are endless!  This introductory class is recommended if you are new to needle felting and will help you get used to the tools and process. 

Material Fee: $25 material fee to instructor includes a complete kit to finish and frame your choice of picture.
