Chair Yoga is a physical practice that can be done seated and/or standing next to a chair. It's a gentle form of yoga that is accessible for anyone. Chair yoga can help improve flexibility, mobility, strength and balance.
Yoga Studio: Join Naida for Chair Yoga it's held weekly and paid by the session. Come for one session, or join every week as Naida leads you through the Chair Yoga experience. Register online or just drop by for any session. Convenience Card for 6 Sessions is available.
Instructor's Biography:
Naida Johnson is a E-RYT who has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. Her more recent passion has been teaching Chair Yoga to bring the benefits of a yoga class to a wider group of people, especially those who find it difficult getting up and down off the floor.
