Join Birgit Tode for a fun adventure in a one-day workshop working with Mixed Media at the Visual Arts Center. Create a unique project utilizing empty cigar boxes and mixed media reimagined. There will be something for everyone's preference. $10 Material Fee to Instructor.
Artist Biography:
Birgit Tode was born and raised in Germany. Over her lifetime she worked and lived in many countries in Europe, spent time in Africa before moving to the US in 2012. Her artist journey started around 6 years ago with watercolor, clay, and acrylic paint before she found her medium - resin. As a self-taught artist she never stopped to discover new techniques and ways to create. She loves to play with materials, structure, and all colors.
