MELODY OF ART

On Display in Main Gallery, September 11 to October 14, 2025

Art, like music, moves with rhythm, flow, and dynamic energy.  This juried exhibit invites both 2D and 3D artists to explore the rhythm, flow and harmony in their artwork.  Show us how your creations can sing.  The exhibit will accept entries of both 2D & 3D artwork and is open to both VAC Member Artists & Guest Artists (non-members).  To learn about VAC Membership, Click Here.

EXHIBIT RULES

  • Only ORIGINAL work will be accepted (no prints or giclees)
  • May NOT have been displayed in any JURIED VAC exhibit EXCEPT the Member's Showcase, the Student Show &/or National Art Exhibition (see prospectus for details)
  • If 2D, may not be larger than 4 feet in any direction

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Call to Artist Opens | Tuesday, July 8, 2025
  • Call to Artist Closes (Registration Deadline | Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 12pm
  • Notification Date for Acceptance | Friday, August 29 2025
  • Receiving (Art Dropoff) | Monday, September 8, 2025 | 9am-12pm
  • On Display | Thursday, September 11 to Tuesday, October 14 | Main Gallery 
  • Awards Reception | Thursday, September 18, 2025 | 5pm-7pm
  • Removal (Art Pickup) | Wednesday, October 15 & Thursday, October 16 | 9am-6pm

REGISTRATION & ENTRY FEES

  • VAC Member Artist | $25 for 1 Entry | $40 for 2 Entries | $55 for 3 Entries
  • Guest Artist (non-member) | $35 for 1 Entry | $50 for 2 Entries | $65 for 3 Entries

Registration must be completed online by deadline.  Fill in the fields above for each entry (art title, medium, size & price) and upload a photograph of each entry in jpg format with the artist name and artwork title in the photo file name.  Photos of artwork to be uploaded at the time of registration.  If you have any difficulty registering, email exhibits@visualartcenter.org.
