Join Peg Hurley for a free tapping workshop at the Visual Arts Center (VAC).  Learn about EFT (emotional freedom technique) 'Tapping'.  Research has shown that tapping on meridian points sends a calming signal to the amygdala in the brain, actually rewiring the brain. Tapping is neuroscience.  I graduated from EFT Universe as a Clinical EFT Certified Practitioner. I provide support and guidance through my classes to teach groups & individuals how to tap on themselves and take advantage of this powerful, safe tool. Today's world is filled with stress.
